PhD thesis in book form

Tuesday, October 21st, 2008

The full title is Topic Maps-based Ontology and Semantic Web – Ontology-Driven Information Retrieval System, presented at Florida State University, and it’s written by Myongho Yi, who has done some Topic Maps research together with Sam Oh. He also had a paper at this year’s TMRA. It’s 180 pages in paperback, and published by VDM Verlag (yes, in English).

(The original blog post stated that this was a book on Topic Maps, but Markus Ueberall wrote to say that it really is his thesis, as is shown by this page. Note that the thesis can be downloaded in PDF form from this page.)
