Steve Newcomb’s A Perspective on the Quest for Global Knowledge Interchange, chapter 3 of the XML Topic Maps book is now online.

The full title is Topic Maps-based Ontology and Semantic Web – Ontology-Driven Information Retrieval System, presented at Florida State University, and it’s written by Myongho Yi, who has done some Topic Maps research together with Sam Oh. He also had a paper at this year’s TMRA. It’s 180 pages in paperback, and published by VDM Verlag (yes, in English).
